About Us
The Suites as Silver Tree condominium owners association, formally known as the Silver Tree Suites Condominium, was created in 2006. The Condominium is a non-stock corporation chartered that same year in the State of Maryland and operating as the Silver Tree Suites Condominium Regime, Inc. The Regime is made up of 51 units who collectively are known as the Council of Unit Owners. The Regime is governed by the Council who elect officers to serve two-year terms. The officers of the Council include a President, Vice President, Secretary and a Treasurer.
